Junpu Intelligence: The controlling shareholder donates some company shares free of charge

On March 24, Junpu Intelligence announced that its controlling shareholder, Junsheng Group, and Ningbo Oriental University of Technology Education Foundation signed a “Donation Agreement” on March 24, 2026. Junsheng Group donated 7,582,939 shares of the company’s stock, accounting for approximately 0.62% of the company’s current total share capital. The donated shares are all freely tradable unrestricted shares. Additionally, a cash donation of 20 million RMB was made without compensation.
