At today’s (March 23) press conference held by the State Council Information Office, the Ministry of Education announced that since the implementation of the 2023 special campaign for patent transformation and application, they have comprehensively reviewed and activated the stock patents of universities, organizing nearly 2,000 universities to inventory a total of 1.145 million patents.
