The entire airspace of the United Arab Emirates has returned to normal.

According to the General Authority of Civil Aviation, on March 17 local time, the UAE announced that the airspace across the country has returned to normal after the situation stabilized and the temporary preventive measures previously implemented were lifted. The department stated that this decision was made after a comprehensive assessment of operational and safety conditions and coordination with relevant departments, and emphasized that real-time monitoring will continue to ensure the highest level of aviation safety. Earlier that day, due to the rapidly changing regional security situation, the UAE General Authority of Civil Aviation announced a temporary partial closure of the country’s airspace. (CCTV News)
