Yin Postal and Heartfelt Community Service Stations: Party Building Empowers and Warms People's Livelihood — China Everbright Bank Hohhot Branch Collaborates with Inner Mongolia Postal Administration to Co-Construct the "Runners' Station"

Recently, China Everbright Bank Hohhot Branch, together with the Inner Mongolia Postal Administration and the Autonomous Region Express Industry Committee, jointly launched the Party Building Co-construction “Runner Station” project. This is an important measure for both parties to deepen government-bank cooperation, practice financial services for the people, and care for new employment groups. Using Party building as a bond, service as a focus, and warmth as a foundation, it creates a “Warm Harbor” for postal and courier industry workers across the region, integrating convenient services, financial support, Party building coordination, and consumer protection education.

China Everbright Bank Hohhot Branch and the Inner Mongolia Postal Administration reached a consensus on supporting postal industry development through finance, deepening government-bank cooperation, and caring for the “Two Agencies and Two Members.” To promote the implementation of cooperation, both parties jointly issued the “Notice on Carrying Out the Party Building Co-construction ‘Runner Station’ Activity,” establishing a new pattern of Party building with resource sharing, complementary advantages, aligned services, and win-win cooperation. Currently, Everbright Bank Hohhot Branch has set up “Runner Stations” at 16 branches across the region, achieving full coverage of the service network.

The station offers an integrated service of “basic convenience + dedicated financial services + Party building coordination,” effectively addressing urgent needs of courier workers. For basic convenience, facilities include resting chairs, free drinking water, mobile phone charging, meal heating, emergency rain gear, and basic first aid kits, alleviating outdoor workers’ difficulties in drinking water, resting, and charging. For dedicated financial services, a priority service channel has been opened, offering expedited processing, wage payments, inclusive credit, payment and settlement, financial consulting, and credit protection, precisely matching the financial needs of enterprises and individuals. For Party building coordination, activities such as themed Party days, policy briefings, community volunteer services, and joint Party member pioneer posts are organized, building Party positions at the frontline of service and bringing organizational warmth to the community.

Relying on the “Runner Station,” Everbright Bank Hohhot Branch has deepened the “Party Building + Consumer Protection” work model. During the “3.15” financial consumer rights protection education campaign, special educational activities were carried out for the “Two Agencies and Two Members.” The station features a financial consumer protection knowledge corner with promotional materials and anti-fraud videos, allowing workers to learn about financial safety during breaks. It also visits new employment groups, using fun wordplays like “orange” (橘) to vividly expose common scams such as fake order rebates, illegal online lending, and illegal agency rights protection, effectively raising risk awareness and safeguarding people’s “purses.”

The “Runner Station” is an innovative platform for government-bank cooperation and a livelihood project caring for courier workers. It not only helps postal and courier companies alleviate difficulties and improve efficiency but also makes frontline workers feel the warmth of the city. It is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of the postal and courier industry across the region.
