China always adheres to the principle of “people-oriented, intelligent and benevolent,” and believes that the military application of AI should be led by humans. We oppose using emerging technologies like AI to seek absolute military hegemony or to harm other countries’ sovereignty and territorial security.
We are willing to work with countries around the world to promote multilateral governance of AI centered on the United Nations, strengthen risk prevention and control, and ensure that AI develops in a direction that benefits human civilization.
