Finally! After more than two years of dragging, Yu Shuxin’s defamation case has been fully resolved!

As soon as the verdict was announced, the entire internet cheered with relief. This two-year-long campaign of rumors and smears has finally come to an end with the truth being revealed.

On March 23, the law firm representing Yu Shuxin officially issued a statement confirming that she won the lawsuit regarding her reputation rights in the verdict on March 21.

Everyone familiar with this case knows that this fight for justice has been dragging on for too long.

The defendant, Xu, started posting maliciously defamatory content targeting Yu Shuxin on social media over two years ago, repeatedly spreading rumors and engaging in baseless personal attacks.

It’s well known that online harassment against celebrities is never a small matter. It not only seriously damages their reputation but also causes significant physical and mental harm, potentially affecting their career development.

Because of this, the entire online community has always supported celebrities in using legal means to protect their reputation and privacy rights. Yu Shuxin’s victory serves as a loud warning to all those hiding behind keyboards and spreading rumors.

The outcome of this case is especially satisfying.

Unlike many celebrities who sue for an apology from social platforms, the court directly ordered the defendant, Xu, to publish a public apology to eliminate the impact of the rumors and also awarded Yu Shuxin 30,000 yuan in emotional damages.

While the amount isn’t large, it’s a tangible punishment and a clear legal stance against defamation.

What’s even more ridiculous is that when the defamer realized they were in trouble, they hurriedly deleted their social media account, thinking that erasing their account would make them invisible and allow them to escape responsibility.

But they didn’t expect that even if they delete content and close their account, they can’t escape the responsibilities they owe.

It’s truly a case of “Heaven’s net is wide, but nothing escapes,” proving that the internet is never outside the reach of law. This phrase is not just a saying.

Throughout her career, Yu Shuxin has never stopped facing criticism.

Early in her career, she was questioned about her family background, but she never let these voices hold her back. She has always spoken with her works and strength, growing step by step from singing and dancing on stage to acting in TV dramas, earning everyone’s respect along the way.

This victory in the defamation case not only provides the strongest rebuttal to the two-year-long rumors but also serves as a warning to anyone who still wants to maliciously slander her: think carefully before speaking—can you bear the legal consequences?

Coincidentally, on the same day the law firm announced her victory, registration for Yu Shuxin’s personal physical album signing event officially opened.

Throughout this process, neither Yu Shuxin’s personal account nor her official work account posted anything related to the lawsuit. They simply shared work-related updates quietly.

Honestly, her attitude of not seeking attention through lawsuits and focusing solely on her career is very admirable.

Even if I’m not a fan of Yu Shuxin, I have to say that her clarity and composure are truly rare.

Finally, I hope Yu Shuxin can always stay true to herself and continue to move forward bravely on her path in the entertainment industry.
