Binjiang Services: Will further promote the application and implementation of robotics and AI technology by 2026
Viewpoint Network News: On March 26, Binjiang Services held its 2025 Annual Performance Investor Conference. Attending senior executives included Binjiang Services Chairman and CEO Yu Zhongxiang, Executive Director and Vice President Qi Jiaqi, CFO Tang Xiong, and Board Secretary Zhong Ruoqin, who answered investor questions.
Regarding whether Binjiang Services has any plans or practices related to robotics and AI technology applications, management stated that the company has a clear layout and implementation in these areas, always adhering to the principles of practicality, usability, and effectiveness, and actively promoting technological deployment.
By 2025, Binjiang Services will collaborate with Yufan Technology to conduct energy consumption assessments for 200 projects and carry out energy-saving renovations in underground parking lots of 569 projects, with an estimated annual electricity savings of 12.5 million kWh, enabling precise energy cost management. In terms of robotics applications, pilot deployments of robots for sweeping, delivery, window cleaning, and other tasks have been implemented in some projects, with plans to explore security robot applications in the future.
In 2026, the company will further deepen human-machine collaboration mechanisms, advancing AI staff from supportive roles to proactive prediction. It will improve the AI work order dispatch system to ensure task implementation; optimize AI customer service and approval functions to enhance complaint handling, internal approval efficiency, and compliance; and accelerate the deployment and scene adaptation of robot clusters in parks, focusing on high-frequency scenarios such as cleaning, reception, delivery, curtain wall cleaning, and intelligent patrols.
The related pilot projects are expected to be completed before mid-2026. Subsequently, the company will select partners aligned with its brand and operational philosophy to expand widely in communities, achieving large-scale cost reduction and efficiency gains.
