It will improve the AI work order dispatch system to ensure task implementation; optimize AI customer service and approval functions to enhance complaint handling, internal approval efficiency, and compliance; and accelerate the deployment and scene adaptation of robot clusters in parks, focusing on high-frequency scenarios such as cleaning, reception, delivery, curtain wall cleaning, and intelligent patrols.

The related pilot projects are expected to be completed before mid-2026. Subsequently, the company will select partners aligned with its brand and operational philosophy to expand widely in communities, achieving large-scale cost reduction and efficiency gains.
