Galapagos NV has announced the creation of 1,750,000 new subscription rights under a new “Subscription Right Plan 2026” for its employees and subsidiaries. Each right allows the holder to subscribe to one new Galapagos share. This initiative is part of an employee incentive program, adding to the 13,338,810 outstanding subscription rights under other employee plans and a significant right held by Gilead Therapeutics to increase its shareholding.
