Beijing releases the list of proposed land for commercial residential use in the second round of 2026

Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission has announced the second round of four proposed commercial residential land parcels to be supplied in 2026, covering an area of approximately 22 hectares with a construction scale of about 380,000 square meters. These are mainly located in areas with strong market demand and well-developed facilities, including Fengtai, Tongzhou, and Huairou.

On March 25th, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources released the list of second-round proposed residential land supplies for 2026, involving four parcels of land with a total area of approximately 22 hectares and a construction scale of about 380,000 square meters. The land is scheduled for supply in the near future.

All the parcels in this round are located in areas with strong market demand and well-developed infrastructure and public services. In terms of regional distribution, there is one parcel in the central urban area (Fengtai District), two parcels in the sub-center and flatland areas (Tongzhou District), and one parcel in the ecological conservation zone (Huairou District). Details are as follows:

Fengtai District Wanquansi Village Shantytown Renovation Land Development Project 0007, located in Taipingqiao Street, Fengtai District, between the Second and Third Ring Roads, near the Lize Business District Station on Metro Lines 14 and 16, and the transfer station for Lines 14 and 16. Surrounding amenities include Longfor Beijing Lize Tiandi, Wanda Plaza (Xitieying Branch), Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing You’an Hospital, Jinzongdu City Wall Ruins Park, and Waterfront Cultural Park.

Tongzhou District Songzhuang Town TZ01-0101-0001, located in Songzhuang Town, between the Fifth and Sixth Ring Roads. Nearby facilities include Glass Town Commercial Center, Olympic Eco-Park, and East Suburb Forest Park.

Beijing Urban Sub-Center 1103 Block FZX-1103-6002, 6003, located in the 1103 Block of the sub-center, outside the Sixth Ring Road, near the planned M101 Line Zhangjiawan East Station. Surrounding amenities include Wanquan Si Village Shantytown Renovation Land Development Project 0007, Wanli Tingyun Town, Shuang’ong Cultural Park, and Green Heart Forest Park.

Huairou District HR00-0103-6001, located in Huairou New City 0103 Block, outside the Sixth Ring Road, near Huairou Railway Station. Nearby facilities include Jingbei World Shopping Center, Wanda Plaza (Huairou Branch), and Huairou City Forest Park.
