People’s Financial News, March 25 — Xin Huangpu (600638) announced on March 25 that due to personal health reasons, Chairman Zhao Zhengrong has applied to resign from his positions as Chairman, Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the Board, and Director. Zhao Zhengrong’s departure does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and will not adversely affect the company’s daily operations.
