Beijing releases the list of proposed residential land for the second round in 2026

People’s Financial News, March 25 — Today, the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission released the list of second-round proposed land supply for commercial residential use in 2026. It includes four parcels of land, covering approximately 22 hectares with a construction scale of about 380,000 square meters. The land is scheduled to be supplied soon. All the parcels in this round are located in areas with strong market demand and well-developed infrastructure and public services. In terms of regional distribution, there is one parcel in the central urban area (Fengtai District), two in the sub-center and plains areas (Tongzhou District), and one in the ecological conservation zone (Huairou District).
