According to reports, Kim Jong-un stated, “It must be clear that we will regard South Korea as the most hostile country and will completely reject and ignore it with the clearest words and actions; for any provocations from South Korea against our country, we will make them pay the price without hesitation or consideration.”

Kim Jong-un also pointed out, “The United States is recklessly launching invasions around the world.”

Previously, on February 26, the Korean Central News Agency reported that during a work summary report at the 9th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea, Kim Jong-un expressed that regarding inter-Korean relations, North Korea views South Korea as a “complete enemy, an eternal enemy.” North Korea has positioned inter-Korean relations as the most hostile state-to-state relationship, which is North Korea’s unwavering principled stance.
