People’s Financial News, March 26 - According to Zhongwei Company, during the SEMICON exhibition, Dr. Yin Zhiyao, Chairman and General Manager of Zhongwei Company, stated in a media interview that, in terms of overall demand, emerging industries such as AI and green energy are becoming growth engines for the semiconductor industry. Benefiting from the significant demand for advanced logic processes, HBM, and 3D NAND memory devices in AI training and inference, the share of AI-related investments in the equipment market will continue to rise. At the same time, green energy and the digitization of energy will also drive demand for specialized processes such as power devices (SiC, GaN). Downstream demand will stimulate semiconductor equipment to enter a new development cycle.
