Country Garden Services announced its 2025 performance, with total revenue of approximately 48.354 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%; gross profit of about 8.456 billion yuan, up 0.7%; but gross profit margin decreased to 17.5%. On March 27, Country Garden Services released its full-year 2025 performance.

During the year, total revenue increased by approximately 9.9% from approximately RMB 43.993 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024 to approximately RMB 48.354 billion.

Total gross profit increased by approximately RMB 55.3 million from approximately RMB 8.4 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024 to approximately RMB 8.456 billion, representing an increase of approximately 0.7%.

Total gross profit margin decreased by 1.6 percentage points from approximately 19.1% for the year ended December 31, 2024 to approximately 17.5%.

Profit attributable to the Company’s shareholders was approximately RMB 602 million, representing a decrease of approximately 66.7% from approximately RMB 1.808 billion for the year ended December 31, 2024.

As of December 31, 2025, excluding the “three supplies and one property” business, the total managed charged area was approximately 1.07 billion square meters.
