U.S. media reports that Iran's Parliament Speaker and Foreign Minister have temporarily been removed from the U.S. and Israel's clearance list
Xinhua News Agency, Washington, March 25 - According to a report by the Wall Street Journal on the 25th, citing U.S. officials, Iranian Speaker of Parliament Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Araqchi have been temporarily removed from the U.S. and Israel’s target list.
The report stated: “As President Trump opens the door to high-level negotiations to end the war, Iranian Speaker Qalibaf and Foreign Minister Araqchi have been removed from the target list, with a time frame of 4 to 5 days.”
Recently, U.S. officials have frequently stated their intention to engage in dialogue with Iran to end the war, suggesting that the conversation could include Qalibaf. Qalibaf denied having any dialogue with the U.S. side. Araqchi stated that there is neither dialogue nor negotiation between Iran and the U.S. side. (End)
