From March 27 to 29, the Global Developer Pioneer Summit (GDPS) will kick off spectacularly at Xuhui Riverside. This year’s conference focuses on “Artificial Intelligence+” and gathers cutting-edge AI technologies and products from around the world. During a pre-conference visit, reporters entered local exhibiting companies in Xuhui, unlocking two major highlights—the beginner-friendly OpenClaw “Lobster” AI agent, and the emotionally supportive robot “Amoo,” experiencing the diverse exploration of Xuhui’s AI industry from technological implementation to humanistic care.

The era of “Lobster” farming for everyone is here, making AI agents accessible to all.

The most popular project at this conference is undoubtedly the OpenClaw open-source AI agent, affectionately called “Lobster” by developers, while Jueya Xingchen and SenseTime have made “farming lobsters” barrier-free and super convenient. It is understood that a special “Lobster Farm” will be set up at the conference venue, where companies like Jueya Xingchen and SenseTime will provide “one-stop lobster farming” services, with professional engineers guiding attendees step by step. From installation and deployment, model configuration to skill unlocking, audience members with no prior experience can have their own AI “Lobster” in just half an hour.

Jueya Xingchen’s newly released StepClaw

As a local enterprise in Xuhui, Jueya Xingchen has launched the StepClaw, a leap-forward lobster based on a deep optimization of OpenClaw. It requires no server or command line; just install the desktop partner or app to “adopt with one click,” supporting both local and cloud deployments. Zhong Jingwei, the product manager of Jueya’s local Agent, demonstrated the operation process to reporters: “We want to make AI no longer a complex technical concept but a customizable desktop partner that is online 24/7, truly realizing ten times the possibilities for everyone.” This AI assistant features fully visualized operation processes, with clear presentations of thinking, tool calls, and task execution steps. It also includes restart and repair functions, easily reviving “dead” lobsters and allowing ordinary users to master it effortlessly.

It is reported that on the afternoon of March 27, Jueya Xingchen will hold a “Live Lobster Assembly Conference,” providing “one-on-one lobster assembly” guidance, and participants will have the chance to win lobster keychains worth 100 million tokens, allowing citizens with no prior experience to enjoy the fun of “lobster farming.”

Reporters were very interested in SenseTime’s products.

SenseTime will debut two major AI voice achievements at the conference, making “Lobster” more “understanding and capable.” According to SenseTime staff, the newly launched SenseInput AudioClaw deeply integrates with OpenClaw, combining voice input, intelligent meeting assistant, and exclusive knowledge base into one. “It is the world’s first AI meeting assistant that can automatically adapt to different scenarios; for brainstorming, project reviews, and client communications, it matches different summarization logics for unique meeting content and enables cross-meeting knowledge Q&A without the need to search through past minutes.” The concurrently launched SenseAudio AI voice open platform boasts over 70 premium voice models, capable of cloning voice styles in seconds, and generating custom voice styles with just one sentence. Notably, SenseTime’s office assistant “Xiao Huanxiong” packages capabilities into skill sets, allowing “Lobster” users to directly access data analysis, document processing, and other office functionalities, truly achieving “painless lobster farming.”

Xuhui’s heartfelt innovation debuts as the “Amoo” robot brings warmth to AI.

If “Lobster” is an efficient AI work partner, then the companion robot “Amoo” from Qingxinyi Chuang, an enterprise in the Xuhui Caohejing AI Accelerator, brings emotional warmth to AI. This small robot, standing under 80 centimeters, is the world’s first companion robot equipped with an “emotional gait large model,” integrating autonomous driving “big and small brain” collaborative technology into embodied intelligence, achieving globally leading knee-walking capabilities.

Chen Guoguo, a public relations expert at Qingxinyi Chuang, introduced the core highlights of this robot to reporters: “‘Amoo’ can complete the full chain of listening, understanding, perceiving, and responding. This is because we have equipped it with a multimodal perception system and a three-mode integrated Agentic OS. It can autonomously seek people, provide low-power companionship, and express emotions in multiple dimensions through language, expressions, and movements, truly understanding and warming people’s hearts.” “Amoo” features a soft and cute design with no sharp edges, covered in multiple layers of soft plush materials, maximizing visual friendliness. The team’s self-developed high-torque density ultra-small joint module integrates bipedal motion control capabilities into its compact body, allowing “Amoo” not only to move flexibly but also to convey emotions through gait changes, giving cold robots the ability to express “emotions,” making it a vivid practice of extending AI technology into humanistic care.

The concentrated display of cutting-edge AI products is a result of Xuhui’s AI industry ecosystem flourishing. Chen Jiansheng, Vice President of R&D at Jueya Xingchen, deeply feels this: “Taking the Xuhui West Bank where Jueya Xingchen is located as an example, the West Bank Intelligence Tower has dozens of AI enterprises and research institutions, and the Modu Space gathers a large number of science and technology innovation entities, truly realizing that going up and down the building is like going upstream and downstream. A series of policies and measures introduced by the city and district levels are sincere and substantial, providing practical support for enterprise development.”

Currently, Xuhui has formed a complete AI industry chain covering computing power, foundational models, and vertical applications, launching multiple policies to build a full-chain support system, making innovation carriers like the West Bank Intelligence Tower and Modu Space fertile ground for AI enterprises. At this GDPS conference, local companies from Xuhui showcased their hardcore technology and warm products, demonstrating the strength and warmth of Shanghai’s core area for AI innovation, allowing more people to feel the infinite possibilities of “Artificial Intelligence+”.
