The Vanguard Group filed an amended Schedule 13G/A for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co (HPE), reporting beneficial ownership of 0 shares, or 0% of common stock. This change is due to an internal realignment effective January 12, 2026, after which certain Vanguard subsidiaries will report their beneficial ownership separately. Vanguard will no longer be deemed to beneficially own the holdings of these disaggregated subsidiaries.
