Abstract generation in progress

Private equity firm KKR & Co. Inc. is reportedly looking to sell CoolIT Systems Inc., a Calgary-based company specializing in liquid cooling technology for data centers. KKR acquired control of CoolIT three years ago, and the company has seen surging demand for its products due to the global boom in AI-driven data center construction, with annual revenue now exceeding US$300-million. The potential sale, which also involves minority owner Mubadala Investment Co., is in its early stages and could value CoolIT at over US$3-billion.
