NVIDIA today announced the release of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI Factory reference design—an AI infrastructure guide for building collaborative design. It also officially released the NVIDIA Omniverse DSX Blueprint, fully compatible with NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX, aimed at providing a physics-accurate digital twin of AI factories at scale for design, construction, and operations.

Industry leaders Cadence, Dassault Systèmes, Eaton, Jacobs, Nscale, Phaidra, Procore, PTC, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Switch, Trane Technologies, and Vertiv are contributing to the reference design and blueprint to help plan, build, and operate these large-scale AI factory expansions.

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang said: “In the AI era, intelligent Tokens are the new currency, and AI factories are the infrastructure for generating intelligent Tokens. With the NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI Factory reference design and the Omniverse DSX Blueprint, we’re laying the groundwork for AI factories that enable efficient global production—accelerating time to first revenue, expanding at maximum scale, and improving energy efficiency.”
