The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mao Ning, hosted a regular press conference on February 27. At the conference, a foreign media reporter asked about the “intense crossfire between Pakistan and Afghanistan at the border,” inquiring whether China is considering evacuating its citizens and businesses from these two countries or suspending related flights.
