Iran claims to have shot down two U.S. military refueling aircraft

Mars Finance reported on March 28 that, according to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency, a spokesperson for the Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces’ Khatam al-Anbiya stated that 2 enemy refueling aircraft were destroyed and 1 U.S. support vessel was attacked. The spokesperson mentioned that since the evening of the 27th, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran has launched missile attacks on a U.S. base located in Haelji, Saudi Arabia, resulting in 2 out of 5 U.S. refueling aircraft being completely destroyed, while the other 3 were severely damaged and lost operational capabilities.
