Institutions: Global cloud infrastructure service spending will reach $110.9 billion in Q4 2025, a 29% year-over-year increase.
Omdia data shows that in Q4 2025, global cloud infrastructure services spending reached $110.9 billion, up 29% year over year. The growth rate accelerated further compared with the previous quarter, marking the sixth consecutive quarter in which the market achieved more than 20% growth. As enterprise demand for AI moves from the experimental phase to production deployment, top cloud providers (hyperscalers) are continuing to increase investment to expand AI infrastructure capacity. Looking ahead to 2026, Omdia predicts that global cloud infrastructure services spending will grow by 27%. In the future, differentiation in market competition will increasingly depend on the scale of infrastructure, capital efficiency, and the maturity of capabilities of AI agent-related platform offerings.
