Shenzhen Evening News, reported (Shenzhen Media Group reporter Li Guo): Recently, Anju Gaoxin Garden, located in Nanshan District, is hosting a job-readiness empowerment special campaign. It provides the graduating student groups and young talent participating in the “Deep Dream, Set Sail” Season 2 with free professional workplace portrait photo shoots and professional resume modification guidance services, helping young people improve their “first impression” in job hunting.

The campaign is jointly organized by the two rental brands under the Shenzhen Anju Group—“Yu Jian Anju” and “Anju Le Yu”—and will run for two days.

“Deep Dream, Set Sail” is co-hosted by the Shenzhen Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Talent Work Bureau, the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Anju Group, and other organizations. It offers graduating students 15 days of free accommodation. Since Season 2 began in November last year, the number of applicants has exceeded 6,700, and more than 2,300 have checked in. Combined with Season 1, the project has cumulatively accommodated more than 22,000 people. In Season 1, 41.12% of the participants successfully received offer letters within the 15-day free accommodation period.

At present, Anju Group is continuously releasing an average of 1,000 housing units per month, covering Yantian and Guangming District, while also adding more resources in key job-search areas such as Longhua, Bao’an, and Nanshan. Most of the units are in garden-style residential compounds with convenient transportation and complete facilities, and they are equipped with smart access-control doors and a 24-hour monitoring system, enabling move-in with just a suitcase.

In addition, Anju Group has teamed up with the city’s human resources ecosystem service platform to provide Season 2 youth with a free online service channel for “master tutor 1v1 employment guidance,” offering guidance content including career planning, resume diagnostics, and mock interviews. Graduates can book a mentor through the official mini program “Shenzhen Human Resources” to conduct 1v1 employment guidance.
