Heilongjiang Province Releases "40 New Policies for Financial Support of Consumption"
**Guan Dian News: ** On April 1, the People’s Bank of China Heilongjiang Branch and the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Finance jointly held a special press conference on “Strengthening Financial–Fiscal Coordination to Boost and Expand Consumption.” They launched a one-stop service QR code for “Longjiang Consumption Loan at Your Fingertips” and “40 New Measures of Heilongjiang Province to Support Consumption through Finance,” injecting strong momentum into the Longjiang consumption market.
The “40 Measures” feature four highlights: “low,” “fast,” “flexible,” and “precise.” “Low” means that all financial products can enjoy fiscal interest subsidies, effectively lowering financing costs for consumers and business entities. “Fast” means that multiple online products can achieve instant approval and instant disbursement. “Flexible” refers to product design that fits needs, with tailored offerings for different groups, flexible terms, and alleviation of long-term repayment pressure. “Precise” is reflected in the fact that all products clearly specify the use of funds, ensuring precise “drip irrigation” into the consumption sector.
