ShouChuang Futures: Asia-Pacific stock markets resonate together, stock indices rise

On March 27, China’s A-shares opened lower and then turned higher, with prices rising amid continued volatility. Breakouts in the innovative drug and lithium battery sectors drove the move: nearly 3,800 stocks in the market finished higher, and gains expanded after midday.

Asia-Pacific equities continued to move in sync, with both Japanese and Korean stocks showing an opening dip followed by a stronger move upward. While A-shares face dual pressures—external disruptions and tighter liquidity—recent geopolitical risks have eased, and risk appetite has shown a modest recovery.

With reference to the 3,800-point support level of the broad market, upside downside room is expected to be limited. In terms of trading, it is recommended to hold long positions when opportunities arise. (Capital Futures)
