Teledyne Marine has been awarded a contract by the UK Ministry of Defence to supply autonomous ocean observing systems to the Royal Navy. This contract strengthens the Royal Navy’s capabilities in oceanographic and environmental data collection through systems like Sentinel and Slocum gliders and APEX floats. The initiative, part of the Future Maritime Data Gathering program, builds on a long-standing partnership and supports operational planning and maritime safety, particularly for Atlantic Bastion activities.
