Shenzhen Nanhai Circuit’s announcement: In 2025, operating revenue was 23.65B yuan, up 32.05% year over year. Net profit was 3.28B yuan, up 74.47% year over year. The profit distribution proposal considered and approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: distribute cash dividends of 24 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, no bonus shares, and no conversion of capital reserve into share capital.
