Alibaba Cloud X Earth Property & Casualty Insurance: The country's first intelligent car insurance claim reporting system goes live

Going forward, on Datian Property & Casualty Insurance’s claim reporting hotline, with just one phone call, you can complete a complex auto insurance claim reporting process. For example, when a user calls: “Hi, I rear-ended two vehicles. I want to file a case and get coverage,” the intelligent attendant will combine the voice link with large-model intent understanding to accurately collect more than a dozen key fields—such as the vehicle plate numbers, the time and location of the accident, and responsibility allocation—within 2–4 minutes and provide a response. This is China’s first “auto insurance intelligent claim-reporting attendant,” jointly developed by Alibaba Cloud and Datian Property & Casualty Insurance, built on Tongyi Xiaomi. Users can complete highly complex claim reporting through natural conversation. As of the end of February, the business completion rate of Datian Auto’s “intelligent claim-reporting attendant” is close to 91%, and more than 43% of cases have already been handled by this intelligent robot.
