JUST IN: Cryptocurrencies would have represented less than 1% of Venezuela's tax revenue.


Certified public accountant Jan Domínguez suggests that cryptocurrency transactions did not have a significant impact on 2025 tax returns.
Domínguez believes that cryptocurrency transactions are numerous but are not being properly reported.
He says that the Venezuelan tax authority (SENIAT) has the task of updating and training its staff on cryptocurrencies.
