LGL Group Updates CEO Jason Lamb’s Compensation Package

The LGL Group’s Board of Directors has approved an updated compensation package for CEO Jason Lamb, effective retroactively to January 5, 2026. The revised terms include an annual base salary of $190,000, in addition to a previously disclosed $60,000 incentive draw. Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, rates LGL as Neutral, noting balance-sheet strength offset by weakening revenue and uneven profitability.
