Tianjin Pharmaceutical: for the breakdown, if it kills down sharply in the face of divergence, watch for the strength of the takeover;
Sinogrowth International: there’s an expected edge—whether it can turn from weak to strong.

【Result Verification】
New Energy Tai Shan: in the pre-market view, I expected the opening auction volume explosion of 120M with a small high open; in reality, the opening auction was 128 million with a big high open. You could say it’s a combined version of the two pre-market setups. A volume-explosion big high open indicates the divergence is pretty serious. After the straight kill at the open, it rapidly rebounded and went to the board—at this point, it was still turning strong. After 5 minutes, it blew the board and I reduced. In the midday review post, Xiao You explained that I only reduced because New Energy is currently the highest turnover height; if it survives the “crossing,” it will likely still be able to perform afterward. As a result, the afternoon second-time rally failed to hit the board again, so I cleared the position.

Tianjin Pharmaceutical: divergence on the board led to a sharp sell-off, and the price action was similar to New Energy. The funds that reclosed the board were 500 million; the funds that blew the board were 600 million. In the first 30 minutes, it accounted for half of the day’s total turnover. I entered in the shallow water and deep water separately to bet on an intraday counter-reversal. Unfortunately, the counter-reversal failed, so I switched to the first down-day after the opening. Tomorrow, I’ll see how the opening auction responds and handle it accordingly.
Sinogrowth International: it opened and snapped back to a reclose immediately, and I didn’t catch the opportunity.

Unexpected improvement in the Middle East sparked a rebound and repair; with strong volume and a big rally, it turned into broad-based gains. However, of yesterday’s 86 first boards, only 9—about one-tenth—advanced. And of yesterday’s 4 second boards, only one advanced. This shows that most of today’s stocks hitting the limit-up are oversold first boards, and the influence of quant strategies is also fairly serious. In terms of sentiment, it still looks like a rebound in the nature of “repairing and making up for losses.”

The day after tomorrow will have a unified direction after divergences. If there’s strength in one direction, then we can pay attention again.
