Reports say Samsung Electronics' Taylor Logic Plant has started lithography machine debugging

Samsung Electronics’ 2nm wafer fab in Taylor, Texas, USA has entered trial operations. Testing for its EUV lithography machines has begun, and key equipment for the etching and deposition processes is being introduced in stages, to prepare for initial operations within this year and full-scale production in 2027.
