Industrial Bank Lanzhou Branch conducts themed co-construction activities

Recently, the Industrial Bank Lanzhou Branch and Gansu Hospital affiliated with Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Hospital jointly carried out a bank–hospital cooperation event themed “Spring Breeze Warms the Medical Journey, and Youth Writes a New Chapter.” More than 500 medical and healthcare professionals from the Gansu Hospital affiliated with Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Hospital participated in the event.

This event closely centered on the “3·15” financial consumer protection theme, organically integrating financial education and service empowerment. Staff members of the bank delivered targeted public education around key topics including protecting the lawful rights and interests of financial consumers, preventing telecom and internet fraud, identifying illegal financial advertisements, and safeguarding people’s personal “money bags.” They provided detailed explanations of common scam tactics, key points for risk prevention, and lawful channels for safeguarding rights, and patiently answered questions from medical personnel regarding everyday financial business operations, wealth management and investments, account security, and more. The initiative effectively improved medical workers’ awareness of financial security and their risk prevention capabilities.

The two sides also held a unveiling ceremony for the “Financial Education Publicity Base,” marking that the bank–hospital parties have established a long-term cooperation mechanism in areas such as popularizing financial knowledge, protecting consumers’ rights and interests, and conducting regularized financial education. This set a solid foundation for further deepening bank–hospital coordination, expanding service scenarios, and achieving shared resources and complementary advantages.

This themed co-building activity is both a tribute and a慰問 to frontline medical workers by Industrial Bank and an innovative exploration and practice of the bank–hospital cooperation model.
