According to The Block, BAYC developer Yuga Labs has reached a settlement with conceptual artist Ryder Ripps and his business partner Jeremy Cahen over a long-standing trademark dispute. Court documents indicate that the parties have agreed to a settlement regarding the claims, though the details have not been publicly disclosed. Ripps is officially prohibited from using Yuga Labs' branding visual elements and trademarks in the future.
