As a manager who has been immersed in the grassroots level for years, I have a lot of say and three suggestions:

1. Don't spend too much effort building relationships at the lower levels; just treat everyone with a calm mind. Even if you have a good relationship with someone at the moment, if it affects their interests, they will immediately turn hostile and deny you, and everything you say will be dismissed.
2. Say more good words in daily interactions. People at the bottom generally value face over money. Giving them face sometimes works better than giving them money. When they are happy, they won't make things difficult for you, and there will be fewer bad people and problems around you.
3. You must climb up quickly. What we need to do is focus on doing our work well, do our own things properly, and get out of the bottom environment as soon as possible. Don't entangle with anyone at the bottom. Remember one thing: we can't provoke them, but we can avoid them.
