Longi Environmental Protection: Plans to jointly invest with EVE Energy to build a 60GWh large-capacity energy storage battery factory, with the total project investment expected to be 6 billion yuan.

People’s Finance News, April 7: Longjing Environmental Protection (600388) announced on April 7 that the company plans to set up a joint venture company with EVE Lithium Energy in Shanghang County, Longyan City, Fujian Province. They will jointly invest in and build a 60GWh large-capacity energy storage battery plant. The project’s total investment amount is expected to be 6 billion yuan. The joint venture company will serve as the project implementation entity, with registered capital of 900 million yuan. EVE Lithium Energy will hold 80% of the shares, and Longjing Environmental Protection will hold 20%. In the future, any increase to the registered capital will be decided through discussions at the time based on the development of the joint venture company. The two parties will increase and fully pay in proportionally according to their equity ownership ratios, with Longjing Environmental Protection’s cumulative contribution not exceeding 240 million yuan.
