The two parties will jointly invest in building a 60GWh large-capacity energy storage battery factory. The project’s total investment is expected to be 6 billion yuan. The joint venture will serve as the project implementation entity, with registered capital of 900 million yuan. EVE Energy will hold an 80% stake, and Longking Environmental Protection will hold a 20% stake. Any future increase to the registered capital will be decided through discussions in accordance with the joint venture’s development at that time; both parties will proportionally increase their paid-in contributions based on their equity stakes and make actual capital contributions. Longking Environmental Protection’s cumulative contribution will not exceed 240 million yuan.
