U.S. officials: The United States temporarily allows India to purchase Russian oil stranded at sea

Local time on March 5, two U.S. officials said the United States has issued a 30-day temporary exemption license that allows the sale of currently seaborne Russian crude oil to India to ease pressure on the global oil market. The U.S. officials said the general license authorizes only transactions involving Russian crude oil that is already stranded at sea. (CCTV News)
