Defense Guidelines
Government and relevant departments should, according to their duties, make preparations for short-duration heavy rain, lightning protection, and strong wind; meteorological departments should make preparations for artificial hail suppression operations;
Pedestrians and staff outdoors should reduce outdoor activities and stay away from structures such as scaffolding and advertising billboards;

For water-related operations and vessels passing through relevant waters, take proactive response measures such as returning to port to avoid the threat or navigating via detours. On construction sites, cover building materials properly and appropriately arrange outdoor items that are vulnerable to heavy rain, wind, and hail;
Check the drainage systems of cities, farmland, and fish ponds, and make preparations for drainage and flood relief, and make defensive preparations against disasters such as flash floods, landslides, and mudslides.
