US Government May Cut Funding Request for Iran War by More Than Half

On April 8, according to the Washington Post, the Trump administration is expected to significantly reduce its funding request for the Iran war, potentially cutting the funding to between $80 billion and $100 billion. This amount is less than half of the over $200 billion initially proposed by the Pentagon to the White House in May.
