The product’s fundraising cap is 10 million units, with a minimum of 1 million units. The product type is fixed-income, non-principal-protected floating return; the product’s internal risk rating is R1, low risk. The product term is 365 days. The performance benchmark for Class A shares is 3.4% (annualized); and for Class B shares is 3.44% (annualized).
