Gelonghui April 8 | SigenStor (.HK ) announces that the Company plans to conduct a global offering of 13.5739 million H shares, including 1.3574 million shares for the Hong Kong public offering and 12.2165 million shares for the international offering. ( The foregoing may be reallocated and is subject to whether the over-allotment option is exercised or not. ) The offering will take place from April 8 to April 13, 2026. The offer price will be HKD 324.20 per share. The board lot size for trading of H shares will be 100 shares. CITIC Securities and BNP Paribas are the joint sponsors. H shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 16, 2026.
The Company is a global leader in distributed energy storage system DESS ( solutions. Strategically, the Company focuses on the market for stackable distributed photovoltaic and energy storage integrated solutions, which accounted for approximately 0.7% of the energy storage system market in 2024. According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, two years after the Company’s establishment, based on product shipment volume, the Company has become the world’s number one provider of stackable distributed photovoltaic and energy storage integrated solutions, with a market share of 28.6% in 2024, representing 0.6% of the distributed energy storage system market for the same period and 0.2% of the overall energy storage system market.
The Company develops and provides innovative renewable energy solutions for homes and businesses. As of the last practicable date, the Company’s products are mainly used in residential scenarios, and are used less in industrial and commercial and utility-scale scenarios. The flagship product SigenStor adopts a modular, stackable product design that seamlessly integrates a photovoltaic inverter, a DC charging module, an energy storage inverter ) PCS (, energy storage batteries, and an energy management system ) EMS (. Through simple stacking or module replacement, users can customize capacity to meet a range of energy needs for both residential and industrial and commercial use, demonstrating significant flexibility and scalability. During the track record period, sales of SigenStor continued to contribute more than 90% of the Company’s total revenue.
Based on the offer price of HKD 324.20 per share, the Company expects to receive approximately HKD 4.1899 billion in net proceeds from the global offering ), assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised (. The Company intends to apply the net proceeds for the following purposes: ) i ( approximately 38.0% will be used to further expand the Company’s research and development team and enhance the Company’s R&D equipment and technology; ) ii ( approximately 32.0% will be used to strengthen the Company’s marketing and after-sales service, to promote the expansion of the Company’s global customer base and business coverage; ) iii ( approximately 12.0% will be used to expand production capacity; ) iv ( approximately 9.0% will be used to diversify the Company’s product portfolio and expand the Company’s industrial and commercial photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging solutions; and ) v ( approximately 9.0% will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The Company has entered into a cornerstone investment agreement, under which the cornerstone investors have agreed to subscribe for, or to cause their designated entities to subscribe for, a total of approximately USD 280 million ) (or approximately HKD 2.192 billion () of the relevant number of offer shares available for purchase, subject to certain conditions and at the international offering price.
