Abstract generation in progress

To continue deepening the reform of medical insurance payment methods and improve the technical standards for diagnosis-related group (DRG) payment, starting from July 2025, the National Healthcare Security Administration has launched the DRG Payment 3.0 version grouping adjustment work, steadily promoting the optimization and upgrade of grouping schemes. Currently, the first phase of clinical demonstration has been completed, and various tasks are progressing in an orderly manner. Next, the National Healthcare Security Administration will actively disclose the relevant information of the first phase of clinical demonstration to the public, inviting representatives from some medical institutions and experts to discuss the progress of the 3.0 version grouping adjustment work. Subsequently, a second phase of clinical demonstration will be initiated to re-evaluate some unresolved disagreements, aiming to maximize the respect for clinical practice, serve clinical needs, and guide clinical work through the healthcare payment system.
