Kingsoft Office's net profit in 2025 increased by 12% year-over-year; WPS AI's monthly active users grew more than three times year-over-year

Kingsoft Office Releases 2025 Financial Report

The announcement shows that in 2025, Kingsoft Office focused on the core strategies of “AI, Collaboration, Internationalization,” achieving operating revenue of 5.93B yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.78%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.84B yuan, up 11.63%; and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses attributable to the parent was 1.8B yuan, an increase of 15.82%.

In terms of business segments, among Kingsoft Office’s main businesses in 2025, WPS Personal Business revenue was 3.63B yuan, up 10.42%; WPS 365 Business revenue was 720 million yuan, up 64.93%; and WPS Software Business revenue was 1.46B yuan, up 15.24%.

As of the end of 2025, the global monthly active devices for WPS Office reached 678 million, an increase of 7.29%; among them, PC version monthly active devices numbered 329 million, up 13.18%, and mobile version monthly active devices numbered 349 million, up 2.28%.

In the personal business sector, domestic WPS Personal Business revenue was 3.34B yuan, an increase of 7.87%, with the total annual paid personal users reaching 46.15 million, up 10.67%; the number of WPS cloud documents exceeded 290 billion files; overseas WPS Personal Business revenue was 282 million yuan, up 53.67%, with the total annual paid personal users reaching 2.85 million, an increase of 63.39%.

By the end of the reporting period, overseas monthly active devices for WPS Office reached 245 million, and overseas PC version monthly active devices numbered 42.47 million, an increase of 53.78%.

The multi-platform layout of Kingsoft Office products has shown results. Notably, the HarmonyOS version of WPS experienced rapid growth, becoming the top application on HarmonyOS PC devices in 2025; in March 2026, the WPS iPad desktop version officially launched on Apple devices, filling a gap in professional tablet office applications, and topped the free download charts on the Apple App Store.

In 2025, WPS by Kingsoft Office advanced comprehensive intelligent upgrades around its existing component system, deeply embedding AI capabilities into high-frequency office scenarios such as document creation, formatting, data analysis, and presentation generation, ensuring that a vast user base benefits first from globally leading AI office services, with core AI functionalities showing significant activity.

The financial report indicates that by the end of 2025, the domestic monthly active users of WPS AI exceeded 80.13 million, an increase of 307%.

In 2025, Kingsoft Office launched the office intelligent agent “WPS Lingxi.” As an “all-in-one AI office partner,” WPS Lingxi introduced three major intelligent agents for presentations, spreadsheets, and documents, tailored for high-frequency workplace scenarios, ushering in the era of office intelligent agents.

Kingsoft Office stated that in 2026, the company will continue to focus on AI development, deepen Office Agent scenario applications, and become a leading international office intelligent agent. Technologically, the company will strengthen core capabilities such as task planning, tool invocation, and multi-step automation, improving autonomous completion of complex office tasks, and evolving AI from a supportive tool to an intelligent collaborator.

Regarding WPS 365, the annual report shows that revenue has increased by over 60% year-over-year for four consecutive quarters.

In 2025, WPS 365 added several benchmark clients, including Fortune 500 companies (such as China Mobile, Walmart China, Shandong Energy, Jiangxi Copper, GAC Group, Chery Automobile, Ansteel Group, Hunan Iron & Steel), government agencies (including the General Administration of Customs, Qinghai Provincial Government), and large private enterprises (including Oriental Fortune, Lens Technology, Transsion Holdings, Bairen Technology).

Based on underlying technology of WPS and cloud documents, WPS 365 innovatively launched the “Knowledge-Augmented Generation (KAG)” framework, addressing limitations of traditional AI models such as hallucinations and poor adaptation to professional scenarios. Through refined knowledge governance and intelligent graph reasoning, it provides reliable AI support for serious organizational business scenarios, solving pain points like unstructured data collection, governance, implementation, and application, and building an “Intelligent Knowledge Base.”

Additionally, WPS 365 continuously upgrades and iterates for vertical industry scenarios, releasing industry-specific versions. The WPS 365 Medical Edition, equipped with specialized AI functions, has been officially released for CRO and other pharmaceutical companies; the WPS 365 Education Edition covers 75% of “Double First-Class” universities, serving over 20 million teachers and students; the WPS 365 Government Edition integrates collaborative office capabilities around government needs, creating a one-stop government AI office platform to meet compliance and efficiency requirements.

Kingsoft Office stated that looking ahead to 2026, the Agent technology trend will accelerate maturity. The company will continue to strengthen core capabilities such as task planning, tool invocation, and multi-step automation, promoting WPS 365 toward an enterprise-level intelligent office platform capable of autonomous task execution.

In terms of R&D, total R&D investment in 2025 reached 2.1B yuan, an increase of 23.57%; at the end of the period, R&D personnel totaled 3,979, up 14.57%.

The announcement of the 2025 annual profit distribution plan indicates that a cash dividend of 12.5228 yuan (tax included) per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders, totaling approximately 580 million yuan (tax included). This plan is subject to approval at the shareholders’ meeting.
