/stats Query custom time activity statistics

Format: /stats start time | end time (use English in the middle | interval)

For example:
- Inquiry from 10:00 to 18:00 today:
/stats 2026-04-12 10:00:00 | 2026-04-12 18:00:00
If the year, month and day are omitted, today's date will be defaulted, which is simplified to:
/stats 10:00 | 18:00

- Query yesterday:
/stats 2026-04-11 00:00 | 2026-04-11 23:59
can be simplified to:
/stats 2026-04-11 | 2026-04-11
