SpaceX Links Musk's Compensation to Mars Colonization and Space Data Center Goals

On April 28, SpaceX tied Elon Musk’s compensation to objectives such as establishing a Mars colony and a space data center. If the company’s valuation reaches $7.5 trillion and a settlement of one million people is established on Mars, along with achieving large-scale orbital computing capabilities, he will receive significant equity rewards. Until these goals are met, Musk will not receive related compensation and is currently only drawing a minimum salary. This compensation mechanism is relatively rare and may create potential competition for resource allocation with Tesla.
