$ZND ZND/Zondacrypto's fundamentals have sharply deteriorated. In a series of investigations and scandals, ZND has rapidly collapsed from a purely "high-risk control project" to a "near-infamous fraudulent scheme," standing on the edge of "going to zero."

The scandals uncovered over the past two weeks have plunged Zondacrypto into a deadly whirlpool of suspicion:

· CEO fleeing and legal investigations: CEO Przemysław Kral reportedly fled to Israel, and the Polish prosecutor's office has initiated criminal proceedings against Zondacrypto, involving "possible fraud and money laundering."
· Catastrophic customer losses and funds suspicion: Facing an investigation into approximately $97 million in customer losses, while also being accused of funding the Polish presidential campaign and having links to Russia.
· Regulatory pressure and MiCA compliance bankruptcy: Already subject to an independent investigation by the Polish Consumer Protection Agency before January 2025 for "violating consumers' collective interests." The credibility of narratives around its safety and compliance, such as "MiCA compliance," has also been destroyed.

Previous analyses were based on ideal visions—those visions are now virtually nonexistent. Under such a disaster, ZND is very close to going to zero, and a death spiral could be triggered at any moment.
