I set a rule for myself: when I see charts like "Stablecoin supply increased = about to take off" or "ETF inflows = immediate price surge," I pause for three seconds before getting excited. Correlation can be very misleading emotionally; in plain terms, money might be coming in but just lying off-chain, or it might be just changing hands with a different shell, and it doesn't necessarily mean it will immediately hit the line you're watching. Recently, new L1/L2s have started offering incentives to pull TVL, and old users complain "mining, selling," which I really resonate with... The excitement is real, but don’t take the hype as a conclusion. I’m now testing with a small position; if I’m wrong, I’ll just treat it as paying tuition, at least preventing myself from being led around by data and meme charts.
