Jin10 data, May 29 - Rongchang Bio announced that the company has successfully placed and issued a total of 19 million new H shares at a price of HKD 42.44 per share to no less than six subscribers on May 29, 2025, representing approximately 9.11% of the total issued H shares after the placement and issuance, and approximately 3.37% of the total issued shares. The total amount raised from the placement is approximately HKD 806 million, and the net amount that the company will receive from the placement (after deducting the Commission and estimated expenses) is approximately HKD 796 million.
