A government spokesperson indicated that a black outbound travel warning signifies a severe threat. Given the highly uncertain security situation in Israel and Iran, the government urges citizens not to travel to these areas. Hong Kong residents currently in Israel or Iran should pay attention to their personal safety and should evacuate or relocate to relatively safe areas as soon as possible.
