The cause of the incident was due to data leakage of some user wallet information during data center expansion and migration. The team has urgently isolated the affected users’ assets, but some users continue to use their previous wallet addresses. On December 27th, hackers successfully cracked the leaked data and began transferring assets, resulting in a loss of approximately $250,000. Compensation claims have now been fully distributed.
